本届啤酒节开幕式以国际化、仪式性、狂欢性为基调，运用高科技技术，强调突然性与震撼性，第一桶啤酒的呈现以“天外来客”的方式从飞碟中凌空而降,青岛市市长孟凡利开启了第28届青岛国际啤酒节第一桶啤酒。伴随着大型歌舞《举杯吧朋友》的演出,170架无人机凌空飞起,组成“上合啤酒节”“青岛世界”字样和“干杯”图案；焰火齐鸣、灯光闪烁,灯光焰火秀点亮全城。
The opening ceremony of this year's Beer festival is based on internationalization, rituality and carnivalization , using high-tech technology to emphasize suddenness and shock. The first barrel of beer is volleyed from the UFO in a “Guest from the sky “way. Qingdao Mayor Meng Fanli opened the first barrel of beer at the 28th Qingdao International Beer Festival. Along with the performance of the large-scale song and dance "Cheers,My Friends", 170 drones flew up to form the "SCO Beer Festival", "Qingdao World" and the "Cheers" characters ; the fireworks roar,the lights flash, and the fireworks show lights up the whole beer city.
